Curbside Pickup

During the online checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select ‘In Store Pick-up’ to have your purchase held for your pick-up at our retail store located at 3325 Coast Meridian Road, Port Coquitlam, BC.  If you require directions, you can connect with Google Maps here or give us a call at 604-942-8554.

Domestic Shipping

Orders placed for delivery within Canada are normally shipped within 1 – 3 business days of receiving your order.  We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx and our choice of carrier is based upon the most appropriate service and cost applicable to your destination.

We offer flat rate shipping at a cost to you of $15.00 for new orders of $100.00 or less (before taxes) and free shipping for new orders of more than $100.00 (before taxes). Additional shipping costs may apply to shipments of exchanged merchandise.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, our carriers will only deliver to residential and business street addresses.

We will email you a tracking number once we have shipped your order and you will be able to track your shipment once it is scanned by the carrier.

All orders placed after 3 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday will be processed for shipping the next business day.  We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day. In the event that restocking is required to fulfill your order, we will advise you by email or phone so that you may decide if you wish to proceed with the order.

Transit time for most shipments is 3 – 5 business days once in the carrier’s possession.  If you require expedited shipping please call us at 604-942-8554 or toll-free at 855-942-8554 and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping

Shipments to the United States

Our shipments to the United States are handled in the same fashion as our domestic shipments to Canada with the exception that the flat rate shipping cost for shipments of purchases of $150.00 or less is $22.00 to the contiguous 48 States.  Flat rate shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $30.00.  We offer free shipping to all 50 states for purchases of more than $150.00.  Canadian taxes are not applicable to purchases shipped directly to international destinations.

To comply with US import regulations, the total value of any one shipment cannot exceed US$800.00 and purchases cannot be broken up into multiple shipments to circumvent these regulations.  Packages will show a description of the goods and a statement of their value for customs purposes.

Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the goods shipped to the United States or other international destination.

International Destinations other than the US

For shipping costs to deliver to places other than Canada and the United States please call us or email us at and we will provide you with a quotation for shipping.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.  Parcels can be returned via the carrier of your choice.  A tracking number and insurance are not required but are highly recommended.

Creekside Fashions will not be responsible for any items being returned which are lost or damaged in transit.

In the case of goods being returned from an International point of origin (i.e. United States or country other than Canada) and the use of a courier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHL) results in the shipment being subject to import fees and/or brokerage fees, those fees, if paid by Creekside Fashions shall be deducted from any refund or credit issued for the goods. We recommend that you contact us prior to shipping a return from an International point of origin.

Please ensure that the Return Authorization Number (RA#) which we will issue for all authorized returns is clearly marked on the outside of your package.

Return Policy

For online orders please email us at within seven (7) days of delivery of your order detailing the reason(s) you are requesting a return.  If appropriate, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to you.  ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

  1. Regular priced goods in new unworn and unsoiled condition with original tags attached and accompanied by the return authorization number may be returned for full refund, less shipping charges if applicable, within seven (7) days of receipt or fourteen (14) days of shipment to customer, whichever date is later.
  2. Beyond the time constraints of a) above, regular priced goods in new unworn and unsoiled condition with original tags attached and accompanied by the return authorization number may be returned for full store credit, less any shipping charges if applicable, within thirty (30) days of receipt or thirty-seven (37) days of shipping to customer, whichever date is later.
  3. Goods which are beyond the time constraints listed in a) and b) above are not eligible for refund or store credit.

All Sale priced merchandise in new, unworn and unsoiled condition with original tags attached and accompanied by the return authorization number may be returned for a store credit only except for items marked as FINAL SALE.  We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits on FINAL SALE items.  If Sale / FINAL SALE merchandise is returned to us without a Return Authorization Number, it will be donated to a local charity and no refund or credit will be issued.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.  All store credits will be held in your account and may be used for future online or in-store purchases.
